Hadrien has extensive experience in M&A, securities law, private equity and corporate governance established in many significant transactions.

Hadrien advises companies (both listed and private) and investors, including their executives and directors, in mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and other capital markets transactions, as well as private equity deals and on corporate governance matters. He is particularly involved in cross-border and reorganization projects. As an extension of his practice, he has gained expertise in business estate planning.

Additionally, Hadrien is regularly involved in the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes and litigation related to financial markets.

Before joining the firm, Hadrien spent eleven years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, where he was counsel. In this context, he was seconded in 2020 to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
