Gaspard specializes in business criminal law and commercial litigation.

He advises and represents French and international companies, as well as their executives, in the prevention and management of commercial and criminal disputes, before courts and regulatory authorities. His expertise also extends to litigation related to securities law.

Recognized for his strategic approach, he plays a crucial role in resolving complex cases – especially those with a strong financial component, a cross-border dimension, or aspects that are both civil and criminal.

In criminal matters, he has been part of defense teams in several emblematic business criminal law cases, particularly in tax criminal law. He also engages in compliance activities, internal investigations, and negotiated justice (notably in the area of Judicial Public Interest Agreements).

In civil matters, he supports funds and companies, including listed ones, particularly in disputes among shareholders, commercial litigation, or executive departures.
