Reinhart Marville Torre advises Klubb Group in the acquisition of Titan Aviation, a manufacturer of refueling trucks for airports
Reinhart Marville Torre advised Klubb Group, an industrial bodywork manufacturer in fast growing among the European leaders in the market for aerial work platforms, in the acquisition of Titan Aviation, a manufacturer of refueling trucks for airports.
Klubb Group, a French group with a turnover of over 200 million euros and approximately 650 employees, acquired the business including 150 employees from Titan Aviation, as part of the transfer plan approved on October 3, 2023, by the Commercial Court of Villefranche-sur-Saône. This acquisition was carried out alongside a minority investor, the Japanese group specialized in bodywork, Yano. The transaction was definitively completed at the end of February 2024.
Founded in 1955, Titan Aviation (Groupe Pourprix) is the European specialist in fueling equipment for civil and military aircraft.
Klubb Group aims to make its new subsidiary, renamed Titan Aero Group, the European leader in decarbonized refueling, while strengthening its presence in exports and asserting its position as a privileged partner of European armies.
