Gaspard Lundwall joins the Litigation and White-Collar Crime team, while Hadrien Bourrellis becomes part of the Corporate/M&A and Securities Law team.
In parallel, Muriel Puyau, Vincent Collas, Pierre Menegaux and Emmanuel Sorlin-Racine are promoted to the position of counsels in their respective practices.
Gaspard Lundwall joins the Litigation and White-Collar Crime team to complement the firm’s practice with his rich experience in complex financial litigation, particularly in significant white-collar crime cases. Gaspard is accompanied by Karine Boukersi, an attorney at the Paris Bar since 2021, who joins as associate.

Gaspard, an attorney at the Paris Bar since 2012, assists both French and foreign companies and their executives in the prevention and resolution of civil and commercial disputes and white-collar crime matters before judicial and regulatory authorities, including in the area of securities law. He also handles cross-border cases. Gaspard, a graduate of HEC Paris (Grand École) and the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, has worked at the law firms Cotty-Vivant-Marchisio & Lauzeral and Veil Jourde, where he became a partner in 2022.
Hadrien Bourrellis joins the Corporate/M&A and Securities Law team to strengthen the firm in supporting listed companies with his expertise in financial market law and corporate governance established in numerous high-profile cases. He will contribute to the continuous development of the M&A and private equity practice, bringing his experience in international projects.

Hadrien, an attorney at the Paris Bar since 2013, advises both French and foreign companies and investors, as well as their executives and directors, on complex M&A transactions with a stock market dimension (takeovers, delisting, issuance of securities, etc.) or international aspects and on corporate governance matters. He is also regularly involved in the prevention and resolution of related disputes with the litigation teams. Hadrien, a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Finance and Strategy) and the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, was previously counsel at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and was seconded to the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York in 2020.
Gaspard Lundwall and Hadrien Bourrellis will combine their expertise alongside other teams within the firm to address cross-cutting issues, particularly in matters related to shareholder conflicts, executive liability, activist situations, and securities litigation.
