Olivier has acquired extensive litigation experience and deals primarily with business employment law, individual and collective disputes and criminal employment law in the defence of legal entities and company directors. He advises French and foreign companies before all civil and criminal courts and before administrative authorities (Regional Directorate for Companies, Competition, Consumption, Work and Employment (DIRECCTE), Labour inspectorate, French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) and France’s national ombudsman (Défenseur des Droits)). Olivier also defends the interests of senior executives and corporate officers, especially listed companies, upon their engagement or their exit.
Olivier started his career with the firm Jouanneau. After seven years in the Litigation department of the firm Siméon & Associés, he joined the firm Farthouat Avocats in 2001, as partner, responsible for employment law and criminal employment law activity. Olivier has been a partner of the firm since 2008.
