Reinhart Marville Torre expands its multidisciplinary services with a new tax team headed by Pierre Bonamy.
Reinhart Marville Torre law firm announces the arrival of Pierre Bonamy, an attorney at the Paris and New York bars, as a partner in charge of the tax practice. He is joined by a senior associate, Nicolas Guilland.

Pierre Bonamy advises companies and their leaders in their regular and exceptional operations, both domestic and international. As a tax specialist, who is involved in both advisory and litigation, he has also developed specialized expertise in areas such as tax restructurings, transfer pricing, and innovation tax.

Before joining Reinhart Marville Torre, Pierre Bonamy practiced for over 10 years at Arsene and nearly two years at PwC Lawyers. He has been a member of the New York Bar since 2011 and the Paris Bar since 2012. Pierre, aged 36, holds degrees from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master 2 in Tax Law) and UCLA (LLM in Tax Law). He is the author of numerous articles (Les Echos, Option Finance…) and teaches transfer pricing in the Master2 DJCE program at Cergy.
Nicolas Guillaud previously practiced for 5 years at Arsene. He regularly works on tax audits and disputes, as well as advising on company restructurings and development, particularly in innovation tax matters. Nicolas, aged 29, has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2019. He holds a Franco-German law degree (CJFA, Saarbrücken – Metz) and a Master’s degree in Law and Taxation from Aix-Marseille University.
