Franchise & distribution

Franchise & distribution

The firm has long been very active in distribution law. Three partners and their respective teams are dedicated to this area. The firm is fortunate to count among its clients several leaders in retail (food, household appliances, DIY), actors in the restaurant industry (collective, fast, and themed), as well as hospitality providers and manufacturers. The firm also assists leading industrial players, particularly in the food, health, and cosmetics sectors.

Our teams work both in advisory and litigation roles. Experienced in alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation and conciliation) as well as judicial resolutions, they also practice arbitration. Fully bilingual, our lawyers have closely followed the establishment of the international chambers of the Paris Commercial Court and Court of Appeal. Their focus also extends to the creation of the Arbitration Chamber for Retail (CAGD), which is intended to handle disputes related to sales and purchases through any channel, online or in-store, B2B or B2C, both in France and internationally.
