  • Assisting and representing a retail holding company in a dispute with former members of its network, who sought to buy back their shares after leaving the network, based on an exclusion clause in the company’s bylaws.
  • Assisting and representing a large retail brand in a dispute with a former service provider for maintenance services, who claimed abrupt termination of an established commercial relationship, which led to an investigation measure (Article 145).
  • Advising a large department store chain on various competition law issues, particularly in analyzing its distribution agreements.
