Anna Kouzmitch

Anna is a lawyer in the business litigation department.

She assists companies, their executives, and their shareholders before civil, commercial, and criminal courts. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial disputes, particularly those related to the non-performance or termination of contracts, corporate law litigation, and in futurum investigation procedures (Article 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure).

Anna has been registered with the Paris Bar since 2022.
