Virginie is specialized in European and French competition law, as well as economic law.

Her expertise covers a broad range of areas, including merger control, foreign investments in France, antitrust practices, distribution and contract law, and restrictive commercial practices.

Experience

After completing a PhD published in competition law, Virginie began her career in 2006, initially at Bredin Prat and then at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. In 2012, she became the legal head for Apple in France. She then joined the Magenta firm in 2013 and later SVLF, which became Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2015, where she was appointed partner.
