Attorney in commercial litigation, criminal law, and arbitration, Jérôme advises his clients in commercial disputes as well as in complex corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, post-acquisition disputes).
Jérôme’s team has also developed a strong practice in damages claims procedures (private enforcement) in competition law, as well as in major sports law disputes, benefiting professional sports clubs.
Jérôme’s experience in litigation enables him to handle contract-related matters effectively, including the drafting, implementation, and termination of contracts in commercial and corporate law.

Recent matters
Representation of Football Club de Nantes for the enforcement of the transfer contract signed with Cardiff Football Club, regarding the player Emiliano Sala, tragically deceased. The FIFA Players’ Status Committee decision fully upheld the demands of FC Nantes. The case is currently being followed before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Advising an international engineering and construction solutions group in challenging the acquisition of a company (valued at approximately 120 million euros) for fraud (discovery of a dispute affecting the target company). Opposition to the forced execution of the sale in interim proceedings (and appeal). Obtaining an arbitration award nullifying the transaction for fraud and fully supporting the client’s claims.
Advising a provident group in a dispute concerning the execution of a contractual yield guarantee agreed upon in connection with the acquisition of an office building. Obtaining a judgment in favor of the client’s claims.
