Emmanuel Sorlin-Racine is a lawyer within the Litigation team. He assists companies, their executives, and shareholders before civil, commercial, and criminal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

His practice primarily covers commercial disputes, including those related to non-performance or termination of contracts, corporate law disputes, pre-trial proceedings (Article 145 of the Code of Civil Procedure), and real estate litigation.

He advises clients in criminal cases, particularly in matters related to money laundering and tax fraud.
