Hadrien Bourrellis

Hadrien advises companies (both public and private) and investors, including their executives and directors, on mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and other market transactions, as well as private equity and corporate governance issues.
He has a wealth of experience in large-scale strategic transactions and is particularly active in cross-border projects or reorganizations. In addition to his main practice, he has developed expertise in estate planning.
Furthermore, Hadrien is regularly involved in the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes and litigation related to financial markets.
Experience
Before joining the firm, Hadrien spent eleven years at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, where he was a counsel. During this time, he was seconded in 2020 to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York and, in early 2021, served as the corporate head and secretary of the board of directors at the listed group Korian (now Clariane).
