Our team of about fifteen lawyers, led by six partners, provides top-tier expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Law, and corporate governance.

The Corporate – M&A team supports a wide range of clients, including public and private companies, at all stages of their development, directors and officers, entrepreneurs, as well as investment funds and other investors.

The team also covers our practices in Securities Law and Capital Markets (see our expertise), in Finance (see our expertise) and in distressed companies and shareholder disputes.

The team handles cross-border transactions and supports foreign groups in their establishment in France.

The firm also provides broader assistance to clients in preventing and resolving disputes related to M&A transactions (see our practice).

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

We support our French and foreign clients in their M&A, Private Equity, and capital development transactions, both domestically and cross-border:
