Reinhart Marville Torre advises Qair on the formation of its consortium with Plenitude to respond to France’s Offshore Wind Tender No. 9 (AO9)


Independent renewable energy company ↗ Qair, and Plenitude, a company controlled by Eni, have announced the formation of “Eolbleu”, a consortium to respond to France’s Offshore Wind Tender No. 9 (AO9). This tender includes the development of four offshore wind farms, marking a significant step toward accelerating the France’s energy transition.
Qair develops, finances, builds, and operates solar, wind, waste-to-energy, storage and green hydrogen production assets. With 1.7 GW of capacity in operation or construction, the Group’s 780 employees are developing a portfolio pipeline of 34 GW in 20 countries across Europe, Latin America and Africa.
