The majority shareholder of Paris FC, a professional football club whose women’s team competes in the Arkema First Division and men’s team in Ligue 2 BKT, has completed the sale of the majority of Paris FC shares to Agache Sport and Red Bull.
This transaction marks a significant milestone for Paris FC, which will now benefit from the support and expertise of its new investors. The majority shareholders were advised in this sale by the law firm Reinhart Marville Torre.
