Laurent Cavallier
Laurent advises lenders (banks, debt funds) and borrowers in the financing of LBO transactions, growth capital, and private equity (bank loans, bond issues, collateral). He has developed specific expertise in the venture debt sector, where he advises one of the leading European players in the market. Laurent also advises both professional and non-professional investors in the structuring of their investment vehicles. His practice is largely international.
Experience
After practicing for more than twelve years at the law firm Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, Laurent joined the firm as a partner in 2015.
Laurent was a teaching assistant for the “Business Creation” course at SUPELEC from 1998 to 2008. He also served as a teaching assistant at the Law Faculty of Paris XI in 2002 and 2003.
