DMS Group, a European specialist in digital medical imaging listed on Euronext Growth Paris, finalized on August 15, 2025 a strategic partnership with InnoLux Corporation, a global player in display and electronics technology based in Taiwan, as well as its subsidiary InnoCare Optoelectronics Corporation, which specializes in the design and development of flat panel X-ray sensors, both of which are listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
In connection with this industrial alliance, NextStage AM has finalized an agreement to take a stake in the company (becoming its second-largest shareholder), alongside another leading French institutional investor, Bpifrance.
