In the context of the refinancing transaction of ↗ Biophytis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, including a rights issue of €2.5 million for Atlas Capital and private investors and the conversion into equity of up to €6.1 million of existing debt, a vehicle managed by ↗ BlackRock, Inc. has agreed to restructure its existing debt by subscribing to new convertible bonds for €2.8 million and amortizing bonds for €1 million and enter into an orderly sale agreement covering its resulting maximum 9.9% equity interest in the company.
