Virginie specializes in European and French competition law, as well as economic law.
Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, including merger control, foreign investment in France, antitrust practices, distribution and contract law, and restrictive business practices.
After a published thesis on competition law, Virginie began her career in 2006, first at Bredin Prat and then at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. In 2012, she became Apple’s legal manager for France. She then joined the Magenta law firm in 2013 and then SVLF, now Viguié Schmidt & Associés, in 2015, where she was appointed partner.
