Occupational Risks
For a number of years Agathe has delivered conferences on the management of occupational risks (work accidents, work-related illnesses, gross negligence and criminal liability of directors and legal entities).
Her practice is essentially focused on litigation and arbitration, and more specifically on issues affecting the law of contractual and tort liability and the accountability of legal entities and directors (implementation of delegations of powers, criminal liability).
With specific expertise in the occupational risks sector, Agathe is involved in litigation regarding work accidents and work-related illnesses, gross negligence and related criminal proceedings.
Also involved in industrial risks and environmental law, she supports companies faced with industrial losses, site contamination and the implication of their liability for defective products and services, usually justifying the implementation of judicial expert appraisals.
A lawyer since 1996, Agathe started her career with the firm Hascoët Jeantin Trillat and then worked at Rambaud Martel. She joined the firm in 2001, and became partner in January 2005.
