Provided advice and assistance to a major player in the energy sector in proceedings arising from the acquisition of a company specialized in energy efficiency and the dismissal of its founder and CEO (including 145 investigative measures and substantive procedures concerning the dismissal of the CEO, failure to meet price adjustment thresholds, creation of a competing company by the dismissed CEO, etc.).

Advised the French subsidiary of a U.S.-based group specializing in security and valuables storage in connection with liability actions and criminal proceedings initiated by victims of a fraudulent “Ponzi” investment scheme involving goods it stored.

Advised a European bank in several proceedings concerning complex derivative products (including interest rate swaps) purchased by companies, challenging the financial institution’s liability for failing to meet its obligations to warn, inform, and advise.

Defended major retail chains (food, home appliances, etc.) in actions brought by French and foreign suppliers and service providers alleging restrictive business practices (abrupt termination of established business relationships, significant imbalance between the rights and obligations of the parties, etc.).

Advised a French home improvement player in various disputes with affiliates operating under a competing brand (exit from the parent company’s capital, settlement of volume rebates, abrupt termination, etc.).
