Antoine practices in the field of dispute resolution. A frequent user of alternative dispute resolution methods, particularly mediation, he mainly works in commercial and financial litigation.
He leads the Consumer/Distribution department, where he assists the firm’s clients in developing and implementing their commercial practices.

- Advised a bank in several disputes related to the marketing of derivative products (judicial resolution or mediation).
- Assisted a fast food chain in its relationships with affiliates and in resolving corresponding disputes.
- Represented an electronics brand in a major dispute with an IT services company regarding the design and deployment of a new software.
