Pierre Menegaux advises companies and senior executives on commercial litigation and white-collar criminal law.

He has developed particular expertise in post-acquisition disputes and shareholder conflicts, as well as in commercial disputes and those related to the dismissal of company executives.

Pierre also handles proceedings related to white-collar criminal law and advises executives and companies:

  • at various stages of criminal proceedings: preliminary investigations, legal inquiry, trial formation;
  • and for other measures: police custody, voluntary questioning, first appearance interrogations for indictment, civil party hearings, etc.

Experience

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Pierre joined the firm in 2018 after a first collaboration at McDermott Will & Emery. He was promoted to partner in 2025.
