The Real Estate & Urban Planning team provides advisory and litigation services to businesses, supporting them in their real estate projects, from conception to completion, including urban planning and construction phases.
Our lawyers specializing in real estate law, urban planning law and commercial leases, cover all areas of these fields. They advise and assist businesses in negotiating and drafting contracts (sale agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts, etc.) and in resolving disputes (urban planning litigation, construction disputes, commercial lease disputes, etc.).
The department works with private and public investors, developers, major international retail and restaurant brands, as well as French and foreign industrial groups. Comprising two partners and six associates, the Real Estate & Urban Planning department also draws on the expertise of the tax team, led by Pierre Bonamy, and the financing team, headed by Laurent Cavallier.
