Olivier Bluche has built extensive litigation experience and primarily focuses on business labor law, handling both individual and collective disputes with significant financial or reputational stakes. He also specializes in labor criminal law, defending legal entities and business leaders. He advises French and foreign companies before all civil and criminal courts, as well as administrative authorities. He also defends top executives and company officers, particularly those of listed companies, during personal accusations, appointments, or departures.
Catherine Broussot-Morin specializes in advising and litigating on social law matters. Working alongside businesses and their executives, Catherine helps them manage strategic operations, including post-acquisition reorganizations, restructurings, and collective redundancies. She also represents clients before various labor law jurisdictions in both individual and collective labor disputes.
Agathe Moreau, in charge of the Occupational Risks and Industrial Liability Department, Product and Service Liability, also handles issues related to civil and criminal liability for legal entities and executives, particularly in cases of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, employer’s fault, and related investigations and litigation. She also assists with crisis management and the implementation of power delegation strategies.
