Appointment of Two New Counsels: the Firm Strengthens its Multidisciplinary Positioning
The firm has announced that, effective 1 January 2026, Priscilla Jaeger (Employment Law) and Jérôme Cellié (Real Estate – Construction) will be promoted to Counsel.
These appointments form part of the firm’s strategy of selective growth and an enhanced ability to support executives, decision-makers and companies on their most strategic legal matters. With these promotions, the firm will have 7 Counsels within a team of 60 lawyers, including 21 partners.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Priscilla Jaeger has spent her entire career at Reinhart Marville Torre, after completing internships within the Social Affairs departments of major companies. She advises on all aspects of individual and collective employment relations, in both advisory and negotiation/litigation contexts.
She assists companies and senior executives in matters where social and economic considerations require robust expertise and the ability to deliver turnkey solutions. Her practice is defined by a pragmatic approach and a commitment to supporting clients across all their issues, including the most complex, while balancing operational constraints with legal requirements.
Priscilla Jaeger holds a Master 2 in Domestic, European and International Employment Law (Université de Strasbourg) and a Master 1 in Employment Law (Université Paris Nanterre).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, Jérôme Cellié advises on real estate law, with recognised experience in commercial leases, real estate transactions, co-ownership, construction and property development.
He assists companies and market operators with their transactions, development projects and real estate litigation. His practice combines strong technical proficiency, an operational understanding of real estate projects and the ability to secure matters involving significant transactional or contentious exposure.
Jérôme Cellié holds a Master II in Business Law (Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin) and a Master II in Business Law / Financial Law (Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne).
