Bertrand assists property development companies in the construction of shopping centres, offices and logistics buildings, and national and international restaurant and distribution brands in the context of developing their establishments in France.

    Les critères d’autorisation issus de la LME ont profondément modifié l’examen des demandes par les commissions d’aménagement commercial. Le contenu du dossier de demande d’autorisation a été modifié par arrêté du 21 août 2009 afin de refléter les critères d’autorisation en vigueur. L’impact réel de la transformation des critères d’autorisation sur l’appréciation de l’intérêt à agir des requérants reste incertain.
