Marc Susini
Partner - Paris Bar
Marc Susini has developed solid experience in business law litigation. He handles disputes related to the non-performance or termination of commercial contracts, conflicts between shareholders, disputes arising from business transfer operations, and unfair competition. He also regularly deals with intellectual property litigation (trademark, copyright, and patent infringement) and new technologies (software piracy, non-performance of IT contracts).
He assists and advises clients in negotiating and drafting IT contracts or contracts related to intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, neighboring rights, designs and models, patents, etc.). He has also developed particular expertise in financial leasing for the financing of infrastructure and IT or technological equipment.
Finally, he works alongside agricultural cooperatives, unions of agricultural cooperatives, and businesses involved in the wine industry, handling both cooperative status issues and those related to the wine sector: appellations of origin, specifications, wine regulations, exports, etc.
Experience
A lawyer since 1991, Marc practiced at the firms Sallin and Deprez Dian Guignot before joining the firm in 1997, where he became a partner two years later.
