A lawyer specializing in complex litigation, Gaspard works in business criminal law and commercial disputes.

He advises and represents French and international companies, as well as their executives, in the prevention and management of disputes in both commercial and criminal matters, before courts and regulatory authorities. His expertise also extends to disputes related to securities law.

Recognized for his strategic approach, he plays a key role in resolving complex cases—especially those with a significant financial component, a cross-border dimension, or both civil and criminal aspects.

In criminal law, he has been part of defense teams in several high-profile business criminal law cases, particularly in tax law. He also has experience in compliance, internal investigations, and negotiated justice (including in matters related to CJIP - Judicial Public Interest Agreement).

In civil matters, he advises funds and companies, including publicly listed ones, especially in shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, or executive departures.

Experience

Gaspard started his career at the law firm Cotty Vivant Marchisio & Lauzeral. He then joined the firm Veil Jourde, where he was made partner. Gaspard has been a partner at the firm since 2024.
