Created in 1997, Vachon is an independent audit and accounting firm bringing together fourteen partners and more than fifty employees. The firm offers a multidisciplinary range of services, including audit, accounting expertise, taxation, payroll, and consolidation.
This transaction enables S&W, one of the fastest‑growing audit and consulting firms in the United Kingdom and Ireland, to strengthen its international presence and support its clients in an ever‑evolving environment by relying on recognized local expertise.

The Corporate / M&A team of Reinhart Marville Torre advising the sellers on the transactional aspects of the operation consisted of Laurent Marville and Hadrien Bourrellis (partners), Vincent Collas (counsel), and Mathilde Gouiran (associate).
