Catherine and her team are among recognised experts in national and international rankings in the provision of support for restructuring operations and collective bargaining.
Catherine has over fifteen years’ experience as a specialist in providing advisory and litigation services in employment law, specifically dealing with French and international companies. Alongside companies and their directors, Catherine helps them to manage their strategic operations whether they be post-acquisition reorganisations, restructuring operations or collective redundancies. She also works with various employment law courts in individual and collective employment law litigation.
After the firms Klein and then Stehlin, she practised, as partner, in international firms such as Landwell (1997) and French firms including NS2A Social (2004) and Dubarry Le Douarin Veil (2006). Catherine joined the firm in 2007.
