Rebecca is a lawyer in the business litigation department.

Her practice primarily focuses on corporate disputes (shareholder conflicts, post-acquisition litigation, director dismissal, contractual disputes, unfair competition, and measures of instruction in futurum under Article 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure).
She has also developed expertise in the amicable resolution of difficulties (ad hoc mandates, conciliation) and in litigation related to business difficulties.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Rebecca joined the firm in 2017 after practicing at the French business law firm Peltier, Juvigny, Marpeau & Associés.
