Muriel Puyau joined the firm in 2011 and specializes in commercial litigation, particularly related to contract non-performance or breach.

She also assists companies and insurers in both national and cross-border disputes involving contractual and tort liability, as well as the civil and criminal liability of companies and their executives.

Her interest in new technologies has allowed her to develop expertise in intellectual property and cybersecurity risks. She advises French and international companies on issues such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, new technologies, geographical indications, domain names, personal data, cyber fraud, and the associated insurance matters.
