Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024, Jeanne Ducasse advises companies and their executives on the management of strategic and sensitive disputes, in both commercial litigation and business criminal law.

Her practice notably covers disputes relating to directors’ liability, shareholder conflicts, and complex corporate governance matters.
