Ava Taïeb advises on real estate law, both in advisory and litigation matters, with a particular focus on commercial leases.
She assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial leases, as well as resolving related disputes.
Her experience working for a real estate investment company gives her a practical understanding of the challenges involved in owning and managing commercial real estate assets.
Experience
Before joining Reinhart Marville Torre, Ava practised at Jacquin Maruani & Associés, which she joined in January 2023.
Prior to that, she spent nearly four years as an in-house legal counsel at a real estate investment company specialising in commercial properties, where she worked on real estate acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and debt recovery.
