The firm announces the promotion of Pierre Menegaux to Partner. A member of the Paris Bar since 2015, Pierre practices within the Litigation and White-Collar Crime department.

He focuses primarily on post-acquisition disputes, shareholder conflicts, and commercial litigation, in particular cases relating to the dismissal of corporate officers. He also has in-depth expertise in white-collar criminal law and regularly assists executives and companies at every stage of criminal proceedings (preliminary investigation, formal investigation, trial hearings, police custody, indictment, civil party hearings).

“Reinhart Marville Torre is a firm that constantly reinvents itself and continues to affirm its position among the leading business law firms. My appointment reflects the trust placed in me by my partners and commits me to contributing to the development of a demanding practice, serving our clients and their strategic challenges,” explains Pierre Menegaux.

Before joining Reinhart Marville Torre in 2018, Pierre began his career at McDermott Will & Emery. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Université Paris XI and an Advanced Master’s in International Business Law and Management from ESCP Europe.

“Pierre’s appointment reflects our commitment to promoting talent within the firm and strengthening our expertise in complex and strategic disputes. His technical skills and dedication to clients are major assets for the firm’s growth,” states Jean Reinhart, founding partner.

With this promotion, Reinhart Marville Torre, an independent business law firm established in 1990, continues to expand and reaffirms its ambition. With more than 60 lawyers, including 21 partners, the firm advises and represents clients across all areas of business law: corporate, finance, litigation, competition law, employment law, tax, public law, professional and industrial liability & risk, and real estate.
