The transaction
CDC Investissement Immobilier, acting on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts, acquired this iconic asset from Deka Immobilien, which held it through its Deka-ImmobilienEuropa fund.
The building, with a rental area of 4,900 m², features an interior courtyard, a rooftop terrace, and an underground parking facility with 75 spaces.
