Transaction details
Acquisition of Camileia
The acquisition of Camileia was DimoMaint’s first since its acquisition by Keensight Capital in August 2025. Camileia’s solutions are used by a broad range of customers, from large corporations and SMEs to public-sector organisations.
Acquisition of Qb7
Following the acquisition of Camileia, DimoMaint continued to pursue its external growth strategy with the acquisition of the Qb7 group in May 2026. This second transaction enabled DimoMaint to expand its offering in the medical equipment maintenance management software market.
Acquisition of Asset Plus from GE Healthcare
DimoMaint subsequently acquired GE Healthcare’s Asset Plus business. With an established customer base and recognised expertise in the hospital sector, the Asset Plus solution represents a strategic asset for DimoMaint in the biomedical maintenance market.
Acquisition of Cimaint
In July 2026, DimoMaint completed a fourth external growth transaction with the acquisition of Quaternaire’s Cimaint business. This latest acquisition further advances the group’s build-up strategy and strengthens its ambition to establish a leading platform in the CMMS market.
