The Real Estate & Urban Planning team provides both advisory and litigation services to private and public individuals and companies: developers, investors, users (French and international industrial groups, large international retail or restaurant chains).

From project conception to implementation and dispute resolution, every step is supported with specific guidance that takes into account the legal constraints unique to each discipline and the tax optimization of the structures put in place.

We are looking for a junior lawyer specialized in real estate law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

Management of real estate litigation cases (50%): Manage real estate litigation files (debt recovery or strategic cases following a summons): define strategy, coordinate with advisors, validate summons and pleadings in cooperation with advisory lawyers, participate in expert evaluations, oversee enforcement and recovery, negotiate settlement agreements, etc.
Legal advisory in real estate law (50%): You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting various legal documents, including commercial leases covering multiple asset classes (offices, retail, industrial, service residences, etc.). You will also provide legal advice on future state-of-completion leases, renewal amendments, settlement agreements, and other similar documents. Additionally, you will be involved in drafting asset management contracts and selling mandates.

Qualifications:

  • Holder of the CAPA
  • Master’s degree in Real Estate Law
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Law
  • Fluency in English
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate leases
  • Ability to simultaneously manage both litigation and advisory cases
  • Fixed retrocession based on your seniority level
