The Corporate / M&A department is led by five partners who specialize in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity, securities law, and corporate governance, representing both listed and non-listed companies, investors, and executives, both French and international.

To support the growth of the practice, the team is looking for a multi-skilled junior associate, potentially recruited following their final EFB internship.

Primarily reporting to two partners whose work focuses on M&A/private equity and securities law (Laurent Marville and Hadrien Bourrellis), you will be responsible for participating in the management of a variety of cases with a high level of involvement, in collaboration with other teams within the firm—particularly in litigation, taxation, competition, finance, employment law, public law, and real estate.

Profile

  • First associate or lawyer with 1 to 3 years of experience in a leading law firm
  • Background and/or initial experience in corporate law. Dual qualification (business school/IEP or LLM) preferred
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Attention to detail, multi-skilled, dynamism
