Olivier regularly works on tax issues related to domestic and cross-border transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and group restructuring operations, especially in the pharmaceutical industry and, more generally, in the health sector, and in the new technologies and finance sectors.
He also advises company directors and key managers in the tax structuring of their professional and personal assets.
He has also developed particular expertise in tax litigation, and in criminal proceedings relating to tax offences.
Olivier practised with the firms Freshfields, Allen & Overy and Coudert Frères before joining the firm in 2004, where he created the tax department, and was made partner in January 2007.
He regularly conducts seminars on corporate taxation and is frequently involved in training courses organised by EFE and the Paris Bar on the taxation of mergers and acquisitions, property taxation and asset taxation..
