The expertise of Dominique and her team has been recognised for a number of years by market analysts of mergers & acquisitions law

Her practice focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions and company law. Dominique works for industrial clients, business people, multinational groups and SMEs. She also supports foreign companies in their establishment and growth in France. In transactional matters, she is involved in setting up joint ventures, partnerships and complex contracts.

Dominique joined the firm in 1999, after initial experience with the firm Kevorkian & Partners. She has been a partner of the firm since January 2007.

Dominique is a member of the Femmes AAA+ association (Association for the promotion of female Lawyers and legal specialists on Boards of Directors), the Institut Français des Administrateurs (French Institute of Directors) (IFA) and the Association Française des Avocats et Juristes Arméniens (French Association of Armenian Lawyers and legal specialists) (AFAJA). She also participates in training seminars on issues regarding mergers and acquisitions.

Le Gouvernement envisage d’instaurer un vote des actionnaires sur ces rémunérations fixes et variables (« say on pay ») et a annoncé un projet de loi à cet effet d’ici l’été.
